Columbia Road Flower Market

Last Sunday, after 3 years living in London, I finally took myself on a trip to Columbia Road Flower Market.

I was greeted by some live music at the entrance.

Even a bit of dancing...

There were so many beautiful flowers on offer...

Even some pink pineapples!

And oh the scents...can you imagine how your home would smell with one of these in the kitchen?

Or some fresh lavender...?

Those leaves would be the perfect Autumnal addition to any home.

I got right to the end before looping back through before settling on my chosen bunch. If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen them in a few of my latest pictures. I made a quick stop for some brunch and a latte...

I actually can't get enough of this rustic bouquet...that is actually a cabbage you see on the bottom there.

Then I headed straight home to use the rest of my Sunday afternoon editing these photographs and writing this post on my trip to the Ginstitute.

We are moving flats next week otherwise I would have picked up so much more. If you are looking for somewhere to explore tomorrow, I would highly recommend a trip.
